Japan hides its car culture from tourists.

The holy land of JDM does not make itself easy — and one week is too precious to spend guessing.

Daikoku PA closes at random

Police shut it down without warning. Arrive on the wrong night without local intel and you’ll find an empty parking lot.

Legends don’t take walk-ins

Top Secret is a working shop, not a showroom. Timing, etiquette and Japanese-language coordination decide whether the door opens.

Japanese-only calendars

Fuji Speedway and Suzuka publish events almost entirely in Japanese. Most visitors learn too late what was on during their dates.

The real meets move

The best gatherings aren’t on Google Maps. They’re seasonal, mobile, and announced inside Japanese communities.

The Solution

You land. We handle everything else.

One dedicated, English-speaking JDM insider stays with your group for the entire week — on the Shinkansen, at the meets, inside the shops. Your itinerary is built around your dream-garage list and whatever is actually running in Japan on your dates.

01Tell us your dream garage

Message us your dates and bucket list — cars, shops, circuits, anything.

02Get your custom week

We cross-check live event calendars and send a draft itinerary. Free, no obligation.

03Land and enjoy

Your guide meets you in Tokyo and doesn’t leave your side until KIX departure.

“Our guide has personally taken overseas enthusiasts to Daikoku PA, Mooneyes Yokohama and Top Secret — and has run the full Tokyo-to-Kansai route, including two-week variations through Hakone, Kanazawa and Hiroshima.”

FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

How much does the JDM Golden Route cost?

¥1,000,000 (≈ US$6,800) per group of 1–3 guests for 7 days — covering your private guide’s full-week accompaniment, itinerary design, coordination and the guide’s own travel costs. Your hotels, trains and meals are booked by you at real prices from our ready-made list, so there is no hidden markup.

Why don’t you sell it with hotels and trains included?

Transparency and freedom. You pay hotels and rail operators their actual prices instead of a padded package rate, and you choose your own comfort level — the route works with a ¥9,000 business hotel or a five-star. We send exact booking links; it takes about 30 minutes.

Will we see a real car meet — not a tourist version?

Yes — that’s the point of a local insider. Daikoku PA and other meets can close or move without notice, so your guide tracks Japanese community channels in real time and always has backup spots the same night.

Do I need a driver’s license?

No — the core trip uses trains, the Shinkansen and guided transport. Want to drive touge roads yourself? Tell us in the consultation and we’ll add a self-drive day (a valid International Driving Permit is required for that option only).

Is Fuji Speedway or Suzuka guaranteed?

Circuit events depend on official race calendars — exactly why we build your week around your dates instead of selling a fixed tour. If nothing is on, we substitute track-day access, museums and touge alternatives. You’ll know exactly what’s possible before paying anything.

Can we go longer than 7 days?

Yes. 5 to 14-day versions are quoted individually — the two-week “long route” adds Hakone onsen time, Kanazawa or Hiroshima, with your guide accompanying the entire way.
